Atlanta's core submarkets are transitioning into a period of rapid development stabilization following a historic supply wave. By backing institutional value-add funds targeting transit-adjacent structures along the active BeltLine corridors, BrikFi builds equity in high-foot-traffic, high-absorption urban zones characterized by resilient professional services employment growth.
Aligned directly with the newly enacted Alexandria Housing 2040 Master Plan, this pathway tackles the city's critical 62% loss of market-affordable housing. Capital is channeled via institutional public-private partnerships into strategic preservation targets near primary transit lines, securing a strict one-for-one replacement model that protects local workforce families from displacement.
Capitalizing on the April 2026 adoption of the 14 Charlotte Future 2040 Community Area Plans (CAP), this strategy focuses on high-density Neighborhood Activity Centers. By targeting premier infill zones like South End and NoDa along the Blue Line rail and trail corridors, the fund capitalizes on healthy regional job growth (+2.7%) and rapid vacancy compression as supply additions downshift.

Everything you need to know about BrikFi, the Neighborhood Fund, and our pre-launch allocation model.
A BRIK is a utility token earned through the 1% engine — every dollar you spend with your BrikFi card generates BRIKs automatically. BRIKs give you governance voting power and platform participation. When you're ready, you can allocate your BRIKs to BRIK-S to gain equity in the BrikFi Neighborhood Fund I.
The BrikFi Neighborhood Fund I is a community endowment that pools capital from the 1% engine to acquire institutional-grade fractional allocations within master real estate funds. These underlying target funds actively execute strategic municipal roadmaps—including transit-adjacent preservation, value-add multifamily restorations, and anti-displacement initiatives—across our primary corridors.
No. BRIK-S gives you equity in the Neighborhood Fund's portfolio, which is diversified across many properties and strategies (Create, Restore, Preserve). This diversification protects you from single-property risk while maximizing community impact.
The Neighborhood Fund backs institutional-tier asset management vehicles executing three key community strategies: Creating new energy-efficient housing supply, Restoring blighted properties via value-add turnarounds, and Preserving naturally occurring affordable housing from gentrification displacement.
Allocate means you proactively choose to move your earned BRIKs into BRIK-S, which represents equity in the BrikFi Neighborhood Fund I. This is always your decision — BRIKs remain fully functional utility tokens until you decide to allocate them.
BrikFi pools community capital through the 1% engine to create, restore, and preserve housing through the Neighborhood Fund. Your BRIKs accumulate automatically. When you're ready, allocate them to BRIK-S to own equity in the fund's diversified portfolio — your path to ownership, on your terms.
BrikFi offerings will be structured under Reg CF/A+ exemptions, which are open to everyday Americans — no accredited investor status required. Each offering will have its own disclosure documents. The early access referral program is a promotional rewards program, not an investment.
No. Your $25 minimum deposit and your BRIK rewards are completely separate. The deposit goes into your BrikFi account and you can access those funds with your BrikFi card once the deposit has cleared. The 25 BRIKs are a free promotional reward credited on top of your deposit at launch — they cost you nothing.
BRIK rewards are credited at platform launch, once you (1) successfully qualify for a BrikFi account and (2) complete a minimum $25 deposit. Your earned BRIKs are tracked now and will be waiting for you when we go live.
The referral program is currently open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old. Each person may have only one account.
After verifying your email, you get a unique referral link. Your first 5 successful referrals earn 5 BRIKs each ($5 value). Every referral after that earns 1 BRIK. A successful referral is someone who signs up through your link and verifies their email.
